Catherine Ferguson

With a background in insight, innovation and growth strategy, Catherine balances creative and commercial thinking. She is trained in qualitative research techniques and can get under the skin of client challenges. Catherine loves helping teams co-create new ways to work, and has led engagements across sectors including financial services, consumer goods and gaming.

Rebecca is an expert in operating model and organisation design, with prior experience in both human capital consulting and in-house roles. She takes a practical approach to organisational change, providing challenge and support to clients to help them navigate complexity. Rebecca has led work across an extensive range of sectors and organisational contexts.

Carlo Gigante

Carlo joined Kindred from Ernst & Young, and has over seven years of experience in organisational development and transformation. He is an adept problem solver, who helps clients bridge the gap between strategy (the what / why) and operational environment (the who/how). Carlo brings prior in-house HR experience at a health and fitness business.
