Lena has deep expertise in strategy development and organisational design, gained from her work leading the European team of the Centre for Public Impact (CPI), a Boston Consulting Group foundation. With a prior background in strategy and management consulting and degrees in business and economics from the Universities of St Andrews and Cambridge, she brings analytical rigor, structured thinking and a passion for facilitation to her projects.
